Our office hours are daily from 8.00-17.00, wednesday from 8.00-19.00. Between 8.30-9.30 and 13.00-14.00 o'clock affords you to walk in to see the doctor without appointment. You will have to wait your turn, please take this in account for your own schedule. Other hours an appointment must be made first. Appointments can be made by phone number 020-6650605.
Daily between 10.00 -11.00 the doctors will answer telephone calls. By email medical questions will be answered, maintenance medication can be ordered, lab result retrieved.We strive to answer all e-mails within 24 hours. For your safety and privacy you will have to make a registration first on our web page.
After 17.00 - on wednesday after 19.00, in the weekend and special holidays we are closed. If there is a medical problem that cannot be delayed untill the next working day, you will have to call the ' huisartsenpost' where all general practioners in Amsterdam work together in rotation. You always have to call first and cannot just go by. A doctor or specially trained assistent will ask questions to make an assesment of the medical urgency of your problem. If you made an appointment and you don't show up without cancellation maximum 24 hours before, we will send a bill of 20 euro which is non refundable by the health insurance. We are sorry about this but hope you understand.
